
Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 1 packet of mushrooms (sliced)
- Onion (sliced)
- Red cabbage (shredded)
- Mayonnaise
- 2 sliced cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
Steps
- Toast bun on pan
- Sauté mushrooms 1 packet
- Sauté onions till soft (Use oil instead of water to avoid burning onions)
- Mix shredded red cabbage with mayo
- Cook beef patty 2 mins on each side (you may add salt/ pepper for taste or leave as original taste)
- Sliced cheddar cheese on top of beef patty and let it melt before putting on burger (mid heat)
- Cook egg (sunny side up, overeasy)
- Serve and enjoy!
