Creamy Snow Crab Leg Pasta

Serves 2

Ingredients
  1. 2 servings of cooked Angel hair pasta
  2. 2 snow crab leg (thawed)
  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 1/2 tbsp flour
  5. 200ml chicken stock
  6. 100ml cooking cream
  7. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Finely chopped parsley
Steps
  1. In a Low medium heated pan, add butter, olive oil, garlic,and flour.
  2. Add chicken stock, cream and snow crab legs. Let it simmer, baste it to infuse flavour into the snow crab leg. 
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In another pot, boil water with salt. Cook Angel Hair for 2 mins.
  5. Remove the Snow crab from the pan, add in the pasta and parsley, mix well with the sauce.
  6. Using a blow torch to char the crab for extra umami and fragrance. Serve it with the creamy pasta and enjoy!
