- 1 Boston Lobster
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of grated garlic
- 2 pinch of Black pepper
- A slab of butter
- 10ml of white wine
- (optional) Parsley
- (optional) Lemon
- Defrost the Boston lobster.
- Devein and cut the lobster.
- Marinate it in olive oil, garlic and pepper for 20mins.
- Sear Lobster over heated pan for 5mins.
- Add a slab of butter for more flavour.
- Add a stash of white wine and let it sizzle.
- Serve with parlsey and lemon. (optional)
