About TreeDots (B2B)

TreeDots is a B2B platform that allows suppliers to re-distribute their unsold inventory to organisations that can use them. By doing so, suppliers gain from salvaging value off their unsold inventory, buyers get quality ingredients at lower prices, and we all gain from a greener world.
Food procurement is done by F&B enterprises and businesses to purchase food from a supplier for their operations.

TreeDots serves a range of food service operators such as restaurants, caterers, cafes, hotels, central kitchens and more. In fact, anybody that uses food ingredients can be our customer.

Products on our platform

TreeDots sells high quality food supplies from renowned importers, distributors, manufacturers and producers. They are usually unsold because:
  • Overstock or oversupply to meet the expectation that everything should always be in stock at stores, or imperfect demand forecasting
  • They fall short of cosmetic requirements, wrong sizing, have minor labelling issues, etc, but are still perfectly good for consumption
  • Close to expiry where business policies usually mandate anything 50% below their shelf-life is not sellable anymore
We carry a range of products from meat, seafood, poultry, to fruits and vegetables.

We would love to answer no for this question because it would mean that there is no consistent unsold inventory, but the truth is there will always be unsold inventory. Depending on the reason of food loss, certain food ingredients will be a one time sales item, however, we do have quite a list of consistent items (especially meat and seafood) which are always up for grabs.

Definitely. Ensuring quality of our food ingredients is our top priority and we will resolve any dissatisfaction you have. Just don’t tell us that it is ugly. TreeDots food ingredients are stored with the suppliers and are only collected on the day of delivery. Our quality assurance team ensures that the suppliers meet all the required standards and the food are stored or produced in facilities that are approved by the governing bodies.
TreeDots food ingredients can be priced as low as 50% below the market wholesale price. The amount of cost savings vary with the product category and reason for food loss. These items usually get wasted because suppliers do not have the resources to sell them. TreeDots help make this portion effortless, and since they are clearing it, they are definitely lower priced!

Orders & Delivery

Our app is designed ground up to provide an easy purchasing experience for you. Once signed up and your account has been approved, just login to the app to select your desired items, your delivery date and check out! Payment terms will be agreed upon with you by our customer service team and once your account is approved, you can order online anytime you want.
  • No commitments or contracts required to purchase from us.
  • Pay as you please: credit card, PO, COD or invoice.
  • Order online anytime and select your delivery date and time.

For missing and poor quality items, please inform our driver and TreeDots Support. Items that cannot be replaced within the day will be refunded. Treedots Support team will be notifying you if you have any out of stock items in your orders. Refunds will be made 7-10 days from the day of informing. 

We offer next day delivery if you place your order before our cut off timing, There is no minimum order and delivery is free unless stated otherwise.

For items/products with spoilt packaging, we are unable to do an exchange. Please take a photo of it and send it over to us. We will make a refund on a case by case basis.

Inform our driver and TreeDots Support. A recovery status will be updated thereafter.

Payment & Refunds

For returns, we are unable to do an exchange. Please take a photo of it and send it over to us in your respective group chat with us.  All refunds requested will be processed within 7-10 working days upon its authorisation. All refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

We offer a variety of payment options to suit your business requirements, ranging from cash on delivery (COD), bill to bill, to credit terms between 7 to 30 days. You may choose between cash/cheque payment or even bank transfer as well.
All refunds requested will be processed within 7-10 working days upon its authorisation. All refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
