About TreeLogs
TreeLogs is a one-stop cold chain supply chain logistics service that provides efficient, reliable and competitive logistic services for temperature sensitive food products. We currently transport only within Singapore. We transport:

Cold Chain Logistics (CCL) is the transport of temperature sensitive products that require temperature control to prevent spoilage during transport. For instance, food and beverage products that melt or spoil quickly at non-optimal temperatures like fruits and dairy products.
Food products such as:
- Meat & seafood (Frozen, non-frozen)
- Fruits & vegetables
- Dairy products (Cheese, milk, yoghurt etc.)
- Snacks & desserts (Chocolates, ice cream, cakes etc.)
Service Related
We will collect the fresh item from supplier on daily basics and delivered by using our specialised cold truck services to ensure the items to be transported freshly.
We provide frozen and ambient delivery services, there is nothing we can’t deliver!

For frozen item it will be stored in cold freezer room to ensure the item is well frozen and preserve its product quality.
You are able to contact our sales team for any cancellation.
Delivery & Collection
For collections anytime before 1am, delivery made before 11am.
For collections before 10.30am, deliver before 5pm.
For collections before 10.30am, deliver before 5pm.
We deliver 7 days a week!
Always check to ensure that the tally of the items delivered are correct as well as check that the correct items are delivered with the driver on the spot. If there is any product that is spoiled we will arrange the recovery either on the same day or the next day depending on the stocks availbilty.

We use Tookan Upload to swipe all the deliveries that have been completed. You can always check with our sales team and we will provide the electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) accordingly.
Payment & Refunds
7 days credit term.
For returns, we are unable to do an exchange. Please take a photo of it and send it over to us in your respective group chat with us. All refunds requested will be processed within 7-10 working days upon its authorisation. All refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
