
Steps
- Start by stir-frying shimeji mushrooms (or mushroom of choice)
- Once cooked, take out the mushrooms and stir-fry chopped red onions until brown
- Add the mushrooms back in and stir fry evenly
- Add in sukiyaki sauce to taste and mix
- Place unagi into the hotplate/pan
- While the unagi cooks, beat eggs and add salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle beaten egg mixture around the unagi
- Add in corn kernels into the dish
- Sprinkle on some sesame seeds and chopped green onion
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
